TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.  Personal Data Privacy Act 

• All personal information collected and documents/artefacts (e.g. videos/audios/photos) submitted for the training/assessment are confidential and solely for administrative purposes related to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) funding and/or International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing purpose.
• By attending this course, you are agreeable to be included in photographs and videos taken by BP Coach for the purpose of marketing and/or verification submission to SSG and/or ICF.

2.  Registration and Course Confirmation/Cancellation

• Registration must be submitted to BP Coach at least 14 days prior to the Start Date of the workshop, subjected to availability. Late submission will not be entertained.
• Confirmation of enrolment will only be made upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email on the commencement of the workshop will be sent to all participants at least 14 days prior to the Start Date of the workshop.
• BP Coach reserves the right to postpone or cancel the workshop due to insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances. A cancellation email will be send to all participants at least 7 days before the Start Date of the workshop.
• The training venue indicated is subjected to change and participants will receive a confirmation email 7 days prior to the Start Date of the workshop.
• Upon registration, any cancellation (withdrawal or non-attendance) by participant must be confirmed in writing at least 30 days before workshop commencement.
• Cancellation of attendance by participants with less than 30 days written notice before workshop commencement is chargeable at 50% of the full course fee.
• Cancellation of attendance by participants with less than 14 days written notice before workshop commencement is chargeable at 100% of the full course fee.
• Postponement of attendance by participants with less than 14 days written notice before workshop commencement is subject to a $200 administrative fee.

3.  Training Grant (for WSQ courses)

• Course fees are subjected to change. Full fees are payable unless training grants are approved by SSG.
• Training grants are subjected to change by SSG.  The amount of course fee subsidy stipulated by SSG is based on the course start date and not on the date when the participant first registered for the course.  
• Organisation sponsoring employees for training must have an Enterprise Portal for Jobs & Skills (EPJS) account setup and approved by SSG, to be eligible for the training grant subsidy and absentee payroll funding.  The organisation must also be paying Employer CPF for the trainee's salary.
• Training grants are subjected to the following eligibility:
• Participant must be Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Participant must attain minimum 75% attendance and be assessed to be "Competent" in all assessment.
• Participant must not have previously claimed funding for the same Skill Standard course provided by other training providers.
• BP Coach reserves the right to claim back the full amount of the course fees should SSG rejects the training grant subsidy due to non-compliance of the training grant eligibility by the sponsoring organisation or participant.

4.  WSQ Assessment and Certification

• Participant will be awarded a Statement of Attainment (SOA) by SSG upon achieving 75% attendance and be assessed to be "Competent" in all assessment.
• Participant who are not able to pass the assessment will not be eligible for the training grant funding and will be required to pay the full fee.
• Candidate who are assessed as "Not Yet Competent" can appeal by writing to admin@bpcoachtrain.com within 7 days from the assessment date together with an appeal fee of $50.

5.  Payment Details

• Self-Sponsored Participant
• Participant using SkillsFuture Credit (for approved WSQ courses) must submit their claim via https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg/ made payable to BP Coach at least 14 days prior to workshop commencement or the invoice due date whichever is earlier.
• Cheque payment must be made to "BP Coach Training Pte Ltd" prior to workshop commencement.
• Instructions on payment via electronic transfer are included in the invoice. All payments must be made prior to workshop commencement.
• Employer-sponsored Participant
• Only company issued cheques or payment via electronic transfer from sponsoring company will be accepted. No personal issued cheque is allowed.
• Cheque payment must be made to "BP Coach Training Pte Ltd" prior to workshop commencement.
• Instructions on payment via electronic transfer are included in the invoice. All payments must be made prior to workshop commencement.

6.  Professional Code of Conduct

• Participants are expected to be considerate and observe appropriate professional conduct during the workshop. BP Coach reserves the right to suspend participants from the workshop due to any misconduct.
• The dress code for participants is smart casual during the training.
• All training materials provided for the workshop is for the explicit use and guidance for the participants. Any other use of the materials or parts thereof, including reproduction, publication, distribution, transmission, re-transmission or public showing, or storage in a retrieval system in any form, electronic or otherwise for purposes other than that expressly stated, without the express permission of BP Coach Training Pte Ltd is strictly prohibited.
• Recording by any means (photographing, audiotaping, or videotaping) of any presentations or sessions at any BP Coach Training events is strictly prohibited, except by an authorised agent permitted by BP Coach Training Pte Ltd.

7.  Use of AI Chatbot

• By accessing or using the AI Chatbot, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Chatbot.
• You agree to use the Chatbot in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Chatbot’s operations.
• The Chatbot’s responses are intended for informational purposes only. While we strive to ensure that the information provided by the Chatbot is accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. The Chatbot may occasionally provide incorrect information or encounter errors. BP Coach Training is not responsible for any reliance placed on the information provided by the Chatbot.
• Your interactions with the Chatbot may be recorded for quality assurance, training, and improvement purposes. Any personal information collected during your use of the Chatbot is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and using your data responsibly.
• BP Coach Training shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Chatbot.

8.  Online Learning Modules

• Delivery & Access: The module is delivered asynchronously through BP Coach Training Learning Management System (LMS), and access is strictly for the registered participant only. It must not be shared, transferred, or used by anyone else.
• 1-Year Access Limit. Your access to the online learning platform is valid for exactly one (1) year (365 days) from your date of purchase. Once this one-year period ends, your login credentials will expire, and you will no longer have access to the online videos, courses, or resource materials.
• Payment & Refund Policy: Full payment is required before access is granted. Once payment is made and enrolment is confirmed, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, with no cancellation, postponement, refund, or fee reversal allowed.
• Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for having the necessary device, internet connection, and software to access the LMS. BP Coach Training is not liable for participant-side technical issues.
• Account Security & Misuse: Login credentials must be kept secure and confidential. Sharing or misusing access, or unauthorized copying, recording, or distribution of course content, may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
• Use of Course Materials: All videos, slides, worksheets, downloadable resources, quizzes, notes, and LMS content are for personal learning use only. Reproduction, sharing, publication, recording, storage, transmission, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Changes to Course or Platform: BP Coach Training reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the online platform, course structure, content, or access arrangements when needed for operational, academic, or compliance reasons.
